Judges – Registration

Registering as a Judge

Sign Me Up! I want to be an Odyssey of the Mind Judge.

Registration for the 2024 tournament season is closed, but we hope to see you back next year!

What you need to know:

Don’t limit yourself! Returning judges are welcome to register for one or both Qualifying Tournaments.
If you are representing a team, please confirm which tournament your team will be attending and register for the same tournament. If you are unaffiliated (independent / not representing a team), you may choose either tournament.

Zoom Training: After you complete the HQ process, you will be automatically redirected to a registration page for our live Zoom training. All judges must attend one live Zoom training session. The live Zoom trainings are 90 minutes long, and will take place on Thursday, January 18th from 7-8:30pm, and Saturday, Jan 20th from 10-11:30am. Please select one training date and complete your registration.

Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email from “Odyssey HQ” confirming your judge registration. Please check spam folders as this message often goes to spam. This email will include links to the online training and Zoom registration, and information to allow you to log back in to adjust your registration.

After registering for the Zoom session, you will receive a separate automated confirmation email from Zoom.

We are a completely volunteer-run organization and your interest in judging in NorCal Odyssey is what makes the events amazing for the students. If you have any questions please contact Caroline Lebar, NorCal Officials Director.

Thank you!
